Sometimes we are faced with challenges that are hard to work through on our own. In those times, it can be helpful to speak to a therapist to help work through those challenges and gain a different perspective.

As a therapist, I can help you understand a different perspective of yourself and your experience of being in the world. My hope is through our collaborative conversations, your trust and vulnerability and my gentle, reflective questions, we will help you gain some clarity with the concerns you are facing in your life.
