About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, primarily in Toronto and the broader GTA. I have extensive experience working with youth and families in a youth mental health agency setting. In private practice, I work with people of all ages in individual, couple, and/or family therapy. I am also the Manager of Clinical Supervision for the Relational and Psychotherapy Training Program (formerly the Couple and Family Therapy Program) at the University of Guelph.

I have experience working with a variety of problems and concerns such as depression, anxiety, conflict in relationships, trauma, substance use, and stress. It is important to me to honour, respect, and dignify people's diverse voices, values, and skills.

I am experienced in several different therapy approaches including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialogic Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy.

I am in good standing as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) with CACFT and Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the CRPO. I am also committed to teaching, supervising, and learning opportunities. I am an approved supervisor with CACFT and CRPO.
