About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Toronto and a clinical supervisor at Lumenus Community Services, a children, youth and family mental health agency. I have extensive experience working with youth and families in a youth mental health agency setting. In private practice, I work with people of all ages in individual, couple, and/or family therapy.

I have experience working with a variety of problems and concerns such as depression, anxiety, conflict in relationships, trauma, substance use, and stress. It is important to me to honour, respect, and dignify people's diverse voices, values, and skills.

I am experienced in several different therapy approaches including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialogic Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy.

I am in good standing as a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) with CAMFT and Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the CRPO.

I am also committed to teaching, supervising, and learning opportunities. I am an approved supervisor with CAMFT and CRPO. I have also taught Narrative Therapy at the University of Guelph in the Couple and Family Therapy program.
